Naturesave Trust commits support

The Naturesave Trust has committed support to the Now! Charity as we increase our environmentally sustainable reuse activities in 2020.

Now!’s flagship household reuse arm, Furniture Now! has been established for 25 years with the Wealden District set for an increase in their collection service for unwanted furniture and electricals, providing a spike in additional essential household items to people of low socio-economic status.

In the UK 10 million household items are condemned to waste. At least 3 million items are readily reusable, our increased service shall result in a positive contribution with a considerable amount of local household waste saved from landfill, before being prepared and redistributed across the Wealden area.

The Naturesave Trust is funded by the activities of Naturesave Insurance, the UK’s leading ethical insurance provider for individuals, businesses, charities and community groups.
