Gordon Sims - Chairman
Gordon has 28 years management experience, including 8 years as a Senior Manager. Gordon has been an independent HR and training consultant helping businesses improve through people for over 13 years. Gordon is also a former Chair of a not for profit housing management company, and is currently Vice-Chair of governors at Seaford Head Academy.
Gordon joined the Now! board in March 2015. In February 2019, Gordon replaced long serving Chairman, Phil Ashford as head of the board.

Neil Whines
Neil is a Chartered Accountant specialising in the support of small businesses. He was the part-time Finance Director of St Wilfrid's Hospice (Eastbourne) for 10 years. Neil is Chair of the Finance & HR Sub-Committee and joined the board in September 2019
David Carter
David is the Chief Operating Officer at The Cheeky Panda, a B-Corp sustainable brand making products from renew. A logistics and supply chain specialist, David has previously held roles at World of Books, Burberry, Logica, Paragon and UPS. Joined the board in June 2021.
Caroline Cutress
Caroline has over 25 years strategic marketing experience spanning all aspects of brand development; including innovation and international development projects. Joined the board in September 2019.
Nigel Gossedge
Nigel has worked in financial services for many years and provided broad based advice, mainly to directors, professionals and retired clients helping them with practical solutions to the financial issues that concern them most. Joined the board in February 2019.
Paul Powici
“On leaving full-time employment I developed a variety of paid and voluntary interests. I have held positions as a Chair of Fitness to Practice regulatory panels, as a Magistrate, and several Board appointments. In my career I was a senior manager at the Housing Corporation and in several local authorities. I have a particular interest in, and experience of, risk management and policy development”. Joined the board in April 2023.
