Role Description

The main purpose of this role is to help the charity maintain a friendly, professional, and customer-focused digital presence. Volunteers will help operate our collection/donation email account, maintain an active presence on our social channels, and ensure the listings in our online marketplaces are up-to-date and accurate.

Above all, we’re looking for volunteers with a flexible, “can do” attitude, as the role is varied, and no two days will be the same.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To respond to online collection and donation inquiries

• To support Furniture Now! sites with the uploading and administration of online sales platforms such as Facebook, eBay, furniturenow.org.uk

• Work with our retail and office teams to regularly update our social media platforms with appropriate content.
